About Me!

Hi, I'm Linda. In 2012 I was facing the prospect of moving to a new town alone in order to start a new job. To counteract the overwhelming anxiety that I had about the move, I decided to do something that I thought was even crazier – I booked a solo trip to Geneva! From that moment on…a travel addict was born! Since then I’ve been bewildered in Budapest, stuck on a runaway train in Barcelona, stuffed my face with tapas in Madrid, "abseiled" in Chiang Mai and bounded up the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. I’m still pretty new when it comes to the art of world wandering but as I journey on, I hope to share my adventures – the good, the bad and the ugly – as well as any tips I pick up along the way. I hope you enjoy reading as I explore the world and Draw My Map.
